Primary Responsibilities:

• Project planning and oversight. Develop project goals, project quotes, etc.
• Conducts project research and builds to meet customer needs and ensure sales success.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology developments affecting target markets.
• Ensure that product/service information is communicated clearly, concisely and accurately as needed during sales presentations.

Research Scientist

• PhD or equivalent degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, etc.
• Strong background in nanocage technology and relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to write scientific manuscripts individually.
• Ability to quickly keep up and independently seek new solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and perform nanocage-related experiments, including but not limited to different types of nanocage production, purification, modification, and characterization.
• Responsible for technical support, literature research, etc.
• Establish new nanocage-related experiments and technology platforms.
• Support sales efforts, including pre-sales technical presentations and experimental design discussions to improve our win rate in complex sales.

Platform Technical Lead
Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a relevant biotechnology company.
• Experience planning, executing and solving scientific experimental problems using specialized laboratory equipment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, decision-making, negotiation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to solve complex problems and manage complex projects are required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluation aspects of nanocage-related experimental projects.
• Manage the laboratory platform and associated instrumentation.
• Perform most processes of nanocage-related experiments, including project design, experimental team formation, and lab management.

Senior Scientist

Basic Qualifications

• MS in molecular biology, biochemistry or related field.
• Experience supervising or participating in nanocage projects is preferred.
• The candidate should have a strong expertise in nanocages and nanomaterials.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the evaluation of nanocage-related projects
• Responsible for contract research.
• Keep detailed records of daily work and communicate results effectively to the research team.
