Hydrogel
Introduction to Hydrogel
Hydrogel drug delivery system is a kind of hydrophilic three-dimensional network structure polymer material, which can retain a lot of water and maintain its structural stability. They are of interest in the field of drug delivery due to their excellent biocompatibility, adjustable physicochemical properties, and ability to control drug release rates.
Hydrogels are composed of a large amount of water and crosslinked polymer networks. The release of the loaded drugs from the hydrogel carriers may occur through diffusion, hydrogel matrix swelling, or chemical reactivity of the drug/matrix. Hydrogels can undergo changes in volume or structure in response to external stimuli (such as pH, temperature, light or electric fields, etc.) or physiological conditions (such as the presence of enzymes) to achieve timed or fixed-point drug release.

How Can We Help?
At Creative BioMart Nanocage, we committed to keep working on the synthesis of new polymers and crosslinkers with greater biocompatibility and better biodegradability that would increase and enhance current hydrogel based drug delivery applications.
- Research and development of new hydrogel materials: Through the research and development of new polymer materials, improve the performance of hydrogels, such as enhancing their biocompatibility, biodegradability, mechanical strength, etc.
- Optimization of the hydrogel system: Hydrogels are prepared by chemical or physical methods, including the selection of suitable monomers, crosslinkers, solvents, etc., and the conditions for controlling the polymerization reaction. Combine with other polymers to improve the efficiency of drug delivery systems.
- Functional modification: According to your needs, functional modification of hydrogels, such as the introduction of stimulus-responsive groups, targeting ligands, bioactive molecules, etc.
- Performance testing and evaluation: Various properties of the prepared hydrogel are tested and evaluated, such as swelling performance, mechanical properties, biocompatibility, drug release behavior, etc. And provide a complete data report.
- Production and quality control: We have a complete production line and set strict quality control standards to ensure product quality and consistency.
